1 press 2keys toghether: windows+r 2 type in “services.msc” 3 right click “Windows Update” 4 select “Stop” 5 right click “Delivery Optimization” 6 select “Stop” 7 go to “c:\windows\softwaredistribution” and delete all its contents 8 restart your computer and then try again If you are not able to find “Delivery Optimization” in services.
