Please follow the steps below and refer to the attached link to unlock a user.
- To view locked users, log in to BoardEffect, select Site Settings,
and click Manage Users. - Select the Locked Users tab at the top of the page.
- To unlock a user, select the arrow on the right side of the page, and then select Unlock Profile from the menu.
