The following steps explain how to use the Call Forwarding feature on your mobile device.
Note: Conditional forwarding will not work when voicemail is activated.
Change Settings:
- To change the existing or the active number of Call Forwarding:
- Cancel the existing Call Forwarding.
- Reactivate Call Forwarding with a new phone number.
- Call Forwarding types:
