If you don&#8217;t have Send As permissions for the shared mailbox, Outlook can&#8217;t send the message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\u00a0user was typing in the &#8220;From&#8221; box, in that case always got an error. please select from the GAB.<br> \u00a0<br>Delete all email addresses from the \u201cFrom:\u201d box (which is seen when you send an email). The use the \u201cdisplay name\u201d from the shared box in that field to re-add it.
