With Microsoft Forms, you can create surveys, quizzes, and polls, and easily see results as they come in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Web<\/a>OneDrive for work or school<\/a>Excel for the web<\/a>OneNote for the web<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start a new form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Go to Microsoft Forms<\/a> with your Microsoft 365 school credentials, Microsoft 365 work credentials, or Microsoft account (Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com).Note: <\/strong>You can also log in to Office.com<\/a>, look for the Microsoft 365 icons on the left, and then select Forms<\/strong>.<\/li>
  2. Select \"AddNew Form<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Title your form and, if you want, a description of it.Note: <\/strong>Form titles can have up to 90 characters. Descriptions can have up to 1,000 characters.Note: <\/strong>Your form is saved automatically while you create it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Add questions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Select  \"AddAdd new<\/strong> to add a new question to your form.<\/li>
    2. Choose what kind of question you want to add, such as Choice<\/strong>, Text<\/strong>, Rating<\/strong>, or Date<\/strong> question types. Select More question types<\/strong> \"Drop for Ranking<\/strong>, Likert<\/strong>, File upload<\/strong>, or Net Promoter Score\u00ae<\/strong> question types. To organize sections for your questions, select Section<\/strong>.Tip: <\/strong>You can also format your text. Highlight a word or words in your title or questions, and then choose any of the following: Bold<\/strong> (keyboard shortcut – CTRL\/Cmd+B), Italic<\/strong> (keyboard shortcut – CTRL\/Cmd+I), Underline<\/strong> (keyboard shortcut – CTRL\/Cmd+U), Font color<\/strong>, Font size<\/strong>, Numbering<\/strong>, or Bullets<\/strong>.Important: <\/strong>If you delete a question, it will be permanently deleted along with any response data that’s been collected for it. Learn more<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Preview your form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. On a computer, select  \"PreviewPreview<\/strong> to see how your form will look. On a mobile device select \"Preview to see how your form will look.<\/li>
      2. To test out your form, answer the questions in Preview<\/strong> mode, and then select Submit<\/strong>.<\/li>
      3. To keep editing your form, select Back<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
