guides you through the process of creating an Intune app, that you&#8217;ll use to deploy Adobe Windows 64-bit packages created on the Adobe Admin Console.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To deploy your package using Intune, you&#8217;ll first need to&nbsp;<strong>download the&nbsp;Intune Win 32 prep Tool<\/strong>.<br><strong>Note<\/strong>: This is a one-time task.<\/li><li>You will use the&nbsp;Intune Win 32 prep Tool to&nbsp;<strong>create an output Intune file<\/strong>&nbsp;from your Adobe package.<\/li><li>Finally, you&#8217;ll&nbsp;<strong>Publish the output Intune file<\/strong>&nbsp;to Microsoft Intune.<br>Publishing the file creates an&nbsp;<strong>Intune app<\/strong>&nbsp;and then deploys your package to your target group.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Learn about&nbsp;<a class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Your end-user machines must use&nbsp;<strong>Windows 10 version 1607<\/strong>&nbsp;or later (<strong>Enterprise<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Pro<\/strong>, or&nbsp;<strong>Education editions<\/strong>).<\/li><li>The package that you download from the&nbsp;<strong>Adobe Admin Console<\/strong>&nbsp;must not be greater than&nbsp;<strong>8 Tool<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Download&nbsp;Intune Win 32 prep Tool&nbsp;from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/microsoft\/Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool\/blob\/master\/IntuneWinAppUtil.exe\">https:\/\/github.com\/microsoft\/Microsoft-Win32-Content-Prep-Tool\/blob\/master\/IntuneWinAppUtil.exe<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Create output Intune file<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/adminconsole.adobe.com\/enterprise\">Admin Console<\/a>\u00a0and navigate to\u00a0Packages\u00a0>\u00a0Packages.<\/li><li>Download the package that you need to deploy.Extract the contents of the downloaded package (.zip)\u00a0file.<\/li><li>Open the command prompt or PowerShell, navigate to the folder that contains the Intune Win 32 prep Tool that you downloaded.Type\u00a0<strong>IntuneWinAppUtil.exe<\/strong>\u00a0(in the\u00a0<strong>command prompt<\/strong>) or\u00a0<strong>.\\IntuneWinAppUtil.exe<\/strong>\u00a0(in the\u00a0<strong>PowerShell<\/strong>) and press\u00a0<strong>Enter<\/strong>.<\/li><li>When prompted, specify the following:<ol><li>The path of the\u00a0<strong>Build<\/strong>\u00a0folder of the package file that you&#8217;ve downloaded and extracted.<\/li><li>The\u00a0&lt;package name>.msi\u00a0or\u00a0setup.exe\u00a0file contained in the package\u00a0<strong>Build<\/strong>\u00a0folder.<\/li><li>The output folder in which to create the\u00a0<strong>Intune<\/strong>\u00a0output file.<\/li><li>On the final prompt, folder from Windows Explorer to the Command window.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>After the process is successfully completed, the&nbsp;&lt;package name&gt;.intunewin&nbsp;or the&nbsp;setup.intunewin&nbsp;file is created in the output folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a><\/a>Publish the output Intune file on Microsoft Intune<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/endpoint.microsoft.com\/#blade\/Microsoft_Intune_DeviceSettings\/AppsMenu\/allApps\">Microsoft Endpoint Manager<\/a>\u00a0admin center, navigate to\u00a0<strong>Apps<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select the app type as\u00a0<strong>Windows app (Win32)<\/strong>.<\/li><li>For the app package file, select the output Intune file\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/helpx.adobe.com\/uk\/enterprise\/kb\/deploy-packages-using-ms-intune.html#create-intune-output\">that you created<\/a>.<\/li><li>Next, specify the information as required in the following screens: APP information general information about the Intune app you are creating:<ul><li><strong>Name\u00a0<\/strong>of the Intune app.\u00a0Make sure all app names that you use are unique.<\/li><li>A\u00a0<strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong>for the app<\/li><li>Name of the\u00a0<strong>Publisher<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Install command<\/strong>: Add the complete installation command line to install the app.<ul><li>For the\u00a0<strong>.msi<\/strong>\u00a0file:\u00a0msiexec \/i msiName \/q<\/li><li>For the\u00a0<strong>setup.exe<\/strong>:\u00a0setup.exe &#8211;silent<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Uninstall command<\/strong>: Add the complete command line to uninstall the app based on the app&#8217;s GUID. You can get the GUID for the package from the Admin Console.
