How to delete and rebuild the FRx GL Index files<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resolution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Manually deleting the files to force a rebuild when setting a Company as default:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. On the Admin<\/strong> menu, click \u2018Organization\u2019,<\/strong> and click the \u2018SysData\u2019<\/strong> button. The \u2018Current Directory\u2019<\/strong> box lists the path to the FRx index.<\/li>
  2. Note the location.<\/li>
  3. Close FRx.<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Open Windows Explorer<\/strong>, and browse to the location of the SysData<\/strong> folder<\/li>
  5. Open the SysData<\/strong> folder, and delete all files that have a .G32<\/strong> extension.<\/li>
  6. Launch FRx.<\/strong><\/li>
  7. Set each of the companies as default. This creates new index for each company when it is set as default.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
