Using this you can clean, transform, and understand data in Power Query Editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Column quality, Column distribution &amp; Column profile are the main parts of the data profiling process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see Data profiling under Power Query Editor window, follow these steps to enable data profiling-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open&nbsp;<strong>Power Query Editor<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt; Go to&nbsp;<strong>View<\/strong>&nbsp;tab &gt; and check the following under Data Preview-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Column quality, Column distribution &amp; Column profile.<img fetchpriority=\"high\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understand data profiling in detail-<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Monospaced:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Display data in Monospaced font, it will change the font-family under Power Query editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Show Whitespace:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Show WhiteSpace and Newline character, if exist in your data.<img decoding=\"async\" of&nbsp;<strong><em>valid<\/em><\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong><em>Error<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;<strong><em>Empty,&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>also it displayed the percentage of data values associated with the selected table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Valid-<\/strong>&nbsp;shown in green<\/li><li><strong>Error-<\/strong>&nbsp;shown in the ellipsis icon(\u2026) it opens some quick action buttons for operations on the values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Column distribution:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this section, you can see the distinct and unique records of the values in each of the columns as in histogram visual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you mouseover the column and select the ellipsis icon(\u2026) it displays the
