Let\u2019s understand all in detail-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Admin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create, edit, delete, copy and publish reports and content in a workspace.<\/li><li>Publish, Update, or Share App in workspace.<\/li><li>Access, view and interact with reports and dashboards in a workspace.<\/li><li>Configure and modify Schedule data refreshes and Gateway.<\/li><li>Add or Remove other users including other admins.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Member<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Can all the tasks that are associated with admins but can not add or remove users.<\/li><li>Can\u2019t delete the workspace.<\/li><li>Can add other users to the viewer or contributor role.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Can create, edit, delete, copy and publish content and reports within a workspace.<\/li><li>Cannot publish, update, or edit an app in a workspace unless given this ability by admins or members.<\/li><li>Cannot add or remove users.<\/li><li>Modify Gateway and schedule data refreshes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Viewer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Can only view a report or dashboard in a workspace, also can interact with visuals.<\/li><li>Cannot add or remove users.<\/li><li>Can read data that is stored in workspace dataflows.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this blog you will understand the difference between Power BI workspace roles.
