Set up voicemail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From your mobile device, hold down the 1<\/strong> key ( or call your 10 digit handset number)<\/li>
  2. When prompted enter a password between 4 and 15 digits long. Choose a password that is hard for others to guess.<\/strong> Avoid using repetitive and sequential numbers such as 1111, 1234 etc<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Choose whether you want to bypass your password when calling from your own phone.
    To protect your privacy and security, TELUS recommends you do not select the bypass option but instead require password use at all times by pressing * when prompted<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Record your name<\/li>
  5. Record your personal greeting<\/li>
