In the Export to a File <\/strong>dialog, select Comma Separated Values<\/strong>, and then click Next <\/strong>Note<\/strong>: If you are using Outlook 2010 or earlier versions, select the Microsoft Excel 97-2003<\/strong> option directly.<\/li>
Now, under Select folder to export from<\/strong>, select Calendar <\/strong>from Outlook Data File<\/strong>, and then click Next.<\/strong><\/li>
When the Export to a File<\/strong> dialog displays, click the Browse <\/strong>button to select the destination of the file.<\/li>
Browse and choose the destination where the file can be saved. Name the file and click OK <\/strong>to close the dialog.<\/li>
When the Export to a File <\/strong>dialog displays again, click Next<\/strong> to continue.<\/li>
Now another Export to a File <\/strong>dialog displays, click Finish<\/strong> to export your Outlook calendar.<\/li>
In the Set Date Range<\/strong> dialog box, specify the date range you will export calendar within, and click<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Export Outlook Calendar to Google<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Export the calendar from Outlook<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Open Outlook and in Calendar<\/strong>, select the calendar you want to export.<\/li>
Click File<\/strong> > Save Calendar.<\/strong><\/li>
Use the default name or type a name for the iCalendar file in the File name box.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
You\u2019ll see a summary showing the calendar name, date range, and detail level next to More Options<\/strong>. If you\u2019re satisfied with the summary, jump to step 7, otherwise continue with the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
