2. In the Run<\/em> window, type \u201ccontrol printers<\/strong>\u201d and then hit Enter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fix-4 Use Printer Troubleshooter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If any of the earlier fixes didn\u2019t solve the problem, you can use printer troubleshooter<\/em> which can detect and troubleshoot the printer problem on your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. You can open the Windows Settings<\/em> simply by pressing the Windows key+I<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
