Remove locally stored password credentials<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Click\u00a0Start<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Control Panel<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0User Accounts<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Credential Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0If ‘View by’ is set to Category, click\u00a0User Accounts<\/strong>\u00a0first, and then click\u00a0Credential Manager<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the\u00a0Windows Credentials<\/strong>\u00a0option. Locate the set of credentials that has either\u00a0Outlook<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Microsoft Office<\/em>\u00a0in the name and then expand the corresponding folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then click\u00a0Remove from Vault<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0Remove<\/strong>\u00a0(depending upon which version of Windows you are running).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repeat step 3 for any additional sets of credentials that have the word\u00a0Outlook<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Microsoft Office<\/em>\u00a0in the name. (and resembles the account-name you tried to remove)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
