How to delete and rebuild the FRx GL Index files

Resolution

Manually deleting the files to force a rebuild when setting a Company as default:

  1. On the Admin menu, click ‘Organization’, and click the ‘SysData’ button. The ‘Current Directory’ box lists the path to the FRx index.
  2. Note the location.
  3. Close FRx.
  4. Open Windows Explorer, and browse to the location of the SysData folder
  5. Open the SysData folder, and delete all files that have a .G32 extension.
  6. Launch FRx.
  7. Set each of the companies as default. This creates new index for each company when it is set as default.
